By accessing and shopping on zimmerformal.com, you agree to abide by our terms of service, return‑refund policy and privacy policy. ZimmerFormal Atelier reserves the right to revise these terms without prior notice, and updated versions will be published on our website.

When you place an order, you confirm that all shipping and contact information you submit is accurate. Standard‑size formal dresses follow our 14‑day return rule. Custom‑made and made‑to‑measure gowns are final‑sale except for manufacturer‑caused quality defects. We are not responsible for wrong deliveries caused by incorrect addresses filled by customers.

All prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars). We accept PayPal and credit‑card payments. Our store has the right to adjust product prices without prior notice. Once the order is confirmed, the price of your purchased items will not be changed.

All pictures, text, logo and design content on this site belong to ZimmerFormal Atelier. Any unauthorized copying, downloading or commercial‑use of our images and product information is strictly prohibited.

We try our best to ensure the color display of dresses matches real‑world items. Minor color differences caused by screen display will not be treated as quality problems. Our maximum compensation will never exceed your actual payment amount of your order.
