1. How do I choose the right size?

We provide a detailed standard size chart on each product page. You can select standard sizes according to your body measurements. We also support custom sizing. If you choose a custom gown, please provide accurate bust, waist, hips, height and hollow-to-floor measurements for a better fit.

2. Can I customize the dress style, color or length?

Yes. Zimmerformal offers basic customization services for most formal gowns, including color adjustment, minor length modification and simple detail tweaks. You can leave your customization requirements in the order note or contact our customer support for confirmation before production.

3. How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Standard orders usually take 7–15 business days for production. Custom-sized or customized gowns require extra processing time. After production is completed, we will arrange international shipping, and the delivery time depends on your destination country and local logistics efficiency.

4. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited production and shipping services are available for urgent orders. Please contact our support team in advance to confirm the fastest delivery schedule and related service fees before placing your order.

5. Will there be color differences on the received dress?

All product photos are taken in professional lighting to restore the real color. Slight color deviation may occur due to different monitor displays, lighting environments and manual dyeing processes. Minor color differences do not affect overall wearing effect and are not regarded as quality issues.

6. Are customs duties and taxes included in the product price?

No. All displayed prices only cover product and production fees. International orders may incur import duties, customs fees and local taxes charged by your local customs. These additional charges are borne by the buyer.

7. Can I return or exchange my gown?

Standard-size in-stock gowns support returns and exchanges in accordance with our return policy. All custom-sized, personalized and specially modified dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to customized production characteristics.

8. What should I do if my dress has quality problems?

If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect products, please take photos or videos as valid proof and contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the package. We will verify the situation and provide solutions such as re-production, partial compensation or refund.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number and official tracking link. You can check the real-time logistics status through the tracking page at any time.

10. Is my personal and payment information safe on your site?

Absolutely. Zimmerformal strictly abides by our Privacy Policy. All user data and payment information are transmitted and stored through encrypted systems. We will never sell or disclose your private information to unauthorized third parties.

11. Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

You can apply for order modification or cancellation within 24 hours after payment before production starts. Once production begins, order adjustment or cancellation may not be supported due to production arrangement rules.
